For 28 years, Kim has relied on her authentic, caring approach to provide exceptional service to her clients. While she has been recognized with numerous industry awards, she is most proud of being able to say that nearly 80% of her business comes from repeat and referred buyers and sellers.

Born and raised in Winnipeg, Kim Fyles of RE/MAX Executives Realty is a member of the Winnipeg REALTORS® Association. She offers a wealth of knowledge in the new and existing homes markets across the city.

A few words from Kim

I have been blessed to have Real Estate as my chosen profession for the past 28 years! Being a REALTOR® has allowed me to meet and help a great deal of fantastic people over the years, as well as form a number of life-long friendships!

The best part of my profession is the ability it provides me to include my family in my business life. My husband of 27 years, Evald Frederiksen, is also a REALTOR®. We choose to work both independently, and together at times to better serve our clients. I’ve also been fortunate to continue working throughout the raising of our two sons; Anders, 26 years old, and a third-generation REALTOR®, and Soren, 22, now studying at the University of Manitoba. Both boys accompanied me to work. Anders, at six weeks old came with me to a display home, where the builder, with whom I have worked for over 26 years, equipped one of the bedrooms as a nursery, so that I could continue to work and spend time with my newborn.

The year 2016 marked my 28th year in Real Estate! What a journey of personal growth and development my career has gifted me! Every day I meet new and interesting people who entrust me with their family’s housing needs. I am forever thankful that I have been able to provide for my family while helping others!
